What courier providers do you use?
Orders are shipped using J&T Malaysia for domestic deliveries.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
