What is our return/exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Are bundles returnable?

Bundled items can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) but are non-refundable.

How do exchanges work?

  • If you need a different size, request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct size.

When will I get my refund or store credit?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
